We offer competitive and reasonable rates if you are funding your case privately. 

     Immigration
       We are happy to accept half our fees when we start dealing with your case and the other half before the application is submitted. Our fees for the following applications are set out below:

Consultation Fee £120 -£350 based on the legal matter

BRITISH CITIZENSHIP APPLICATIONS 
Application for registration as a British Citizen (children) - £850
Application for naturalization as a British Citizen (adults) -  £1050

INDEFINITE LEAVE TO REMAIN (ILR) 
Application for ILR as a spouse or partner - £1350
Application for settlement as a child of a parent in the UK - £1150
Application for settlement following discretionary leave to remain - £1350
Application for settlement - long residence route - £1350
Application for settlement due to domestic violence - £850
Application for settlement due to bereavement - £800
Application for settlement - family member of armed forces personnel -  £1150

APPLICATIONS FOR FAMILY MEMBERS OF BRITISH CITIZENS AND PERSONS SETTLED IN THE UK 
Entry Clearance as a spouse, unmarried partner or fiancé of a British citizen/person settled in UK - £1150-£1600
Entry Clearance as a child of a parent or relative settled in the UK - £1150-£1600
Entry Clearance - dependent relative - £1600
Application for a visa for family visit - £650-£850
Family Reunion - refugees - £1000-£1500
Leave to remain as a parent of a British Citizen child (5-year route) - £1150-£1600
Leave to remain as a spouse/ unmarried partner of a British Citizen (5-year route) - £1150-£1600
Leave to remain based on statelessness - £1150-£1600
Leave to remain on Human Rights grounds - family and private life - £1200-£1800
Application for Reconsideration - £1150-£1600
Leave to remain (Other including applications outside the Immigration Rules based on compassionate circumstances and

DEPORTATION 
Detention (Removal cases only) -preparing the application and representations to the Home Office) - £1000-£1500
Deportation - £1600-£2000
Application for bail - £800-£1000
Attending court hearing-bail application - £850-£1000



*Please note that our fees set out above do not include the Home Office fee which is payable by clients and vary according to the application made.

Family

               • Divorce – where it is uncontested - £1000 plus VAT   
- where it is contested, our fees are charged on an hourly rate  
   - Court fees of £550

                • Finances and children – our fees are charged on an hourly rate  - Court fees differ depending on the type of application.

Legal Aid

We are able to offer legal aid funding in certain areas of family and housing law. Legal aid is available for cases like care proceedings and domestic violence case in family law and for cases like repossession and homelessness cases in housing law.
